Increases the Endurance cost reduction to 20% (with a further 10% reduction for Sprint and Charged Skills) and its duration to 8 seconds after casting Nameless Spear's Martial Arts Skill, Qiankun's Lock. Increases the Endurance restored when casting this skill to 60. While Long Wind is active, direct Affinity Rate increases by 1.5%, and by a further 1.5% when target is a boss unit. Hitting a target with any Martial Art Skill applies a Moving Mountain mark. Hitting the marked target restores 3 Endurance. This effect can only trigger once per second.
