Pressing the Perception Skill or Heavy Attack button allows you to release a charge-free, potency Tier 3 Heavy Attack Charged Skill (can chain into Charged Skill follow-ups). Can only trigger once every 10 seconds. When parrying successfully, there is a 20% chance to additionally restore 1 bar of Fighting Spirit.
