While DMG Reduction is active, hitting a target recovers HP based on the Battle Will consumed by that skill (2% HP per bar of Battle Will consumed; this effect only triggers once when a single skill hits the same target multiple times, and can only trigger on up to five targets).
Increases the Critical DMG of all Vernal Umbrella ballistic skills by 2.4% for every 50 Min Physical Attack (up to 12% increase at 250 Min Physical Attack).
