Hitting no less than 3 enemies simultaneously applies Candlelight to them. Each stack of Candlelight reduces enemy Movement Speed by 4% and increases the damage they take by 2% for 5 seconds. Candlelight stacks up to 5 times, with a minimum interval of 0.5 second between two stacks. Damaging an enemy with 5 stacks of Candlelight Immobilizes them for 2 seconds (ineffective against bosses). This effect can only Immobilize one enemy every 20 seconds, and each enemy can only be Immobilized once by the Light the Lantern effect from any source within 20 seconds.
Increases the Critical DMG of all Vernal Umbrella ballistic skills by 2.4% for every 50 Min Physical Attack (up to 12% increase at 250 Min Physical Attack).
Increases the Critical DMG of all Vernal Umbrella's Projectile Skills by 2.4% for every 50 Min Physical Attack (up to 24% increase at 500 Min Physical Attack).
