When your HP falls below 30%, trigger Vigilance: Restores 20% HP and reduces your damage taken by 20% for 10 seconds. This effect can only trigger once every 90 seconds. During Vigilance, taking or dealing damage restores 2% HP; taking damage also triggers Gouging DMG once to the enemy. The healing effect and Gouging DMG can only trigger once per second; Gouging DMG also applies Interrogation to the enemy.
