When your HP falls below 30%, trigger Vigilance: Restores 20% HP and reduces your damage taken by 20% for 10 seconds. This effect can only trigger once every 90 seconds. Dealing or taking damage during Vigilance restores 2% HP and deals Gouging DMG once to the source of damage. The healing effect and Gouging DMG can only trigger once per second; Gouging DMG also applies Interrogation to the enemy.
