Celadon Gourd. Forged from century-old porcelain clay. Engraved on the bottom: "May you drink your fill of this world, and awake to a year of peace."
This item was gifted by an agreeable gentleman who always deferred to his best friend.
Gourds symbolize "double blessings." The giver presented it as a birthday gift, though not without nagging his dear friend to drink less.
