Adjusted base effect of Inner Way Phantom Rally: Fixed an issue where landing the Phantom Umbrella's Resonance prevented players from comboing into subsequent attacks. Additionally, fixed a bug where Resonance could incorrectly interrupt certain Tenacity effects on enemies.
