Adjusted the trigger conditions of Ballistic Skill Enhancement for Martial Art Vernal Umbrella's Special Skill Unfading Flower. It now only triggers when hitting Airborne targets or targets with your own Lingering Bone mark. This aligns with the Lingering Bone mechanics of other skills and Inner Ways in this path. Additionally, updated the refresh logic for Bone Chill: Landing an enhanced projectile will now refresh all Bone Chill marks on the target, regardless of which player applied them.
