Adjustments to Inner Way Sword Morph.
Base effect: Reduced the forward movement during the cast of Multiple Sword Energy. Holding the charge after reaching Stage 2 no longer drains Endurance. Increased the DMG Boost per point of Endurance consumed upon release, and raised the overall damage cap for this Endurance-drain buff.
Tier 3: Multiple Sword Energy will no longer trigger Abrasion against Exhausted targets. When hitting Exhausted PvE targets, the 3rd Sword Energy is guaranteed to be an Affinity Hit.
