You can gain up to 1 stack of Cognition per second.
Applicable effects include: Heavenwill Gauntlets - Falcon's Pursuit and the Vile Condemned series, Mortal Rope Dart - Rodent, Everspring Umbrella - Resonance, and Phalanxbane Blade - Anxi Army Assist.
