Inkwell Fan - Glow & Flow: Charged Skill is now split into two stages based on duration. Stage 1 can be released quickly but has shorter tracking range, while Stage 2 keeps the original release timing and tracking range. Endurance consumption while charging has also been adjusted to fit the new charge mechanic.
