Pan Dahai has joined the newly formed Bloodscale Hall. Thanks to a handful of martial arts tricks he's picked up, he's already worked his way up to the Deputy Master. These days, he pretends to rob passing merchants, but in reality, he's just waiting for the River Master. The gang has regrouped recently, though in much smaller numbers.
