Pan Dahai has joined the newly formed Bloodscale Hall. Thanks to a handful of martial arts tricks he's picked up, he's already worked his way up to the Deputy Master. After the Dragon Hall split, Pan returned to the riverside spot where he first met the River Master. These days, he pretends to rob passing merchants, but in reality, he's just waiting for the River Master. When not engaged in combat, you can enter through the main gate as a challenger and challenge Pan Dahai to a card game.
