Using Relaying Stone can transform eligible gear into higher-tier Relaid Gear.
After Relaying, the gear's tier is raised, its base attributes are enhanced accordingly, and its set type is preserved.
The types and values of both Tuning and Attuning affixes remain unchanged (including historical Attuning affixes).
The upper limits for all affixes are also raised (the upper limit for Tuning affixes will be slightly lower than the maximum).
