Some mysterious figures with unclear motives have been lurking there, apparently spying on both Heaven's Pier and Blissful Retreat for quite some time... Lately, rumors have spread that merchants traveling between the two places have gone missing—their last known whereabouts being near this mysterious outpost. Time to go there for an investigation!
