In the reed marsh, there is naught Horse reeds. Reeds as far as the eye can see.
Amidst the towering reeds lie the treasures Mother tucked away for Luhua.
The reeds are both tough and dense; with a pair of clever hands, they may be woven into all manner of things.
But Luhua has already made a friend, and that new friend gave her a little reed chick.
The village has but a single hen, who cries "cluck-cluck" whenever it lays an egg.
Thus, Luhua wove an egg of her own to gift to her new friend.
