Adjustments to Inner Way Steadfast Devotion.
Tier 1: Increased the duration of Iron Guards to smooth out the combat rotation.
Tier 3: Lowered the effective Critical Rate requirement to trigger a Guaranteed Crit to 65%. Increased the duration of Adept to 10 seconds.
Tier 4: Under Inner Passion, hitting PvE targets with a Tier 3 Burning Heart deals extra damage.
Tier 6: Original effect removed. Now, hitting an Exhausted enemy with Burning Heart grants the Adept buff and an Enhanced Charge state.
