Apricot Village, northeast of Kaifeng, is well-known for its medicinal herbs and is run by two sisters, Zhai Chun and Zhai Qiu. The younger sister, Zhai Qiu, handles all the herb buying for their pharmacy. Don't let her being a woman fool you. She's tough, sharp-tongued, and used to roaming the jianghu in her youth.
