2. Content that defames others or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
3. Disclosure of personal information or trade secrets;
4. Other content prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies.
I promise that the input and published content is legally owned by me or authorized by relevant rights holders. We only provide neutral technical services for the AI voice tuning feature. We assume no legal liability for any risks or damages arising from your use of this service in ways that infringe upon the legitimate rights of others. If we and/or our affiliates and partners consequently face any complaints, reports, claims, or litigation, you are obligated to actively take measures (including but not limited to providing evidence, responding, participating in litigation) as we require to ensure we and our affiliates and partners are protected or extricated from difficulties. If we and/or our affiliates and partners consequently suffer any direct or indirect reputational or property losses, I bear full liability for damages.
We will, as required by laws and regulations, add an AI-generated identifier in a prominent position on generated content through technical means. No one may violate laws, regulations, or the agreements of these rules to remove, alter, or conceal the aforementioned identifiers on their own. When you publish or disseminate content generated through this service externally, please proactively verify the authenticity and accuracy of the generated content, and clearly mark that the output content is generated by AI to avoid causing public confusion or misunderstanding.
I will not guide the AI to generate illegal, non-compliant, or other content contrary to public order and good customs through input content. I bear full and independent responsibility for the generated content.
My use of this service and the content generated by it shall not be for commercial purposes. We and our affiliates have the right to use, disseminate, reproduce, modify, re-license, translate, publish, perform, and display all or part of the content I input, publish, and generate, as well as use this content to create derivative works globally for free, permanently.
I understand that content generated using this service is for reference only and does not constitute authoritative opinions in professional fields.
