Fledgling Swallows earn Journey Points from quests. In a team, every quest completed by the Guide Swallow grants the Fledgling Swallow an extra 25 Journey Points. Once Journey Progress is full, Fledgling Swallows can claim Take Flight rewards. Guide Swallows can only claim rewards for progress made together after joining the team.
