East Cross Street lies on the eastern side of Kaifeng. North of Bian River; south of Huaixin Post. A bridge separates it with the Fairgrounds to the west. Shops line the avenue, vibrant and thriving.
From here, one can see the lantern-lit spectacle of Beast Reverie in the Fairgrounds.
Lately, the area has grown unruly, even affecting East Cross Street. But business has never been better.
