A headquarters has quietly appeared in the southwest part of Blissful Retreat. Some shadowy figures with unclear motives have been lurking there, apparently spying on both Heaven's Pier and Blissful Retreat for quite some time... After a wanderer wiped out the head Meng E and those mysterious figures, the place lay abandoned for a while. Recently, a few mysterious figures have resurfaced, though in much smaller numbers.
