Waterworks Masters may submit Scenic Landmarks containing construction data for fellow disciples to review and vote on, determining the next Great Mohists. Works are assessed across four categories:
- Innovation: Measures how original and groundbreaking the design is.
- Feasibility: Evaluates whether the design can be put into practice and how it may benefit the Haven.
- Completeness: Reflects the overall level of refinement and completion. Please evaluate the work as a whole.
- Sustainability: Represents the Mohist belief that creation should evolve with the times, maintaining harmony between people, nature, and the ecosystem. Construction must not occupy animal habitats, water sources, and other natural areas.
