If Vile Condemned series skills fail to damage an enemy, 50% of Heaven's Will consumed is refunded, and Vile Condemned: End does not enter cooldown. Damaging an Exhausted Boss unit with Falcon's Pursuit resets the cooldown of Vile Condemned: End; this effect can only trigger once per 30 seconds.
