Once known as Dharma Zen Temple, it was once the most revered temple in Qinghe.
Legends say that Master Miaoshan once preached atop Halo Peak as sacred light descended upon him.
After the persecution of Buddhism, Master Miaoshan vanished. His prized disciple Huiyao took over the temple.
Huiyao renamed it to Mercyheart Monastery, and abandoned Buddhism ever since. He started to craft Buddha's Flower, a twisted creation that brought suffering to the people of Mercyheart Town. Reasons to why Huiyao turned against his faith remains a mystery.
