To all disciples,
When the Great Tang ascended, it was a dragon taking flight. Mount Hua was its mighty horn, the Yellow River its shimmering scales. The dragon has two eyes: one in Chang'an, and one in Hearthfall. Now that Chang'an has been lost, the dragon is half-blind, and the destiny of the empire falters.
Our sect has deciphered the celestial mandate and secured the Golden Peach. We now commence the rite of "Dragon's Awakening" in Hearthfall Hamlet. We shall elect a new lord to restore balance to heaven and earth.
All disciples must execute their sworn duties without fail.
