Tier 6: During Concentration, damage from Empowered DoT Effects (like High Bleeding and the Piercing Damage from Inner Way Fivefold Bleed) is further amplified to better complement the Bellstrike - Umbra path. To balance this, the generic buff to standard DoT damage has been slightly reduced.
