After 2-3 days, Patients become agitated, exhibiting hydrophobia, aerophobia, and photophobia. Water, wind, or light can trigger throat or full-body spasms. In later stages, Patients calm down, fears subside, spasms cease, and severe symptoms emerge: paralysis, muscle relaxation, absent reflexes, dilated pupils, respiratory paralysis, and heart failure. The condition culminates in respiratory failure, with the entire course lasting about 8 days.
