"The Northern Capital had the Stele of Remembrance for Tian Xu, former General of Weibo, with calligraphy by Zhang Hongjing, and the Stele of Virtuous Governance for He Jintao, written by Liu Gongquan, which are both masterpieces of stone carving. During the Zhenghe era, Left Chancellor Liang Zimei, as Governor, destroyed them and used the stone to carve the newly issued New Five Rites."
