Gear at Tier 81 and above can be retuned and re-attuned after it has been attuned.
Select a preferred Path, consume a Retuning Stone to gain a random new Attribute from that Path's recommended library. The new Attribute will not be the same as the old one. Quality Guaranteed Materials can be added.
One Attribute can be retuned at most per piece of gear. Initial Attributes cannot be retuned. Gear at Tier 105 can further re-tune a retuned Attribute with no limit on attempts, but there is a cooldown between each re-retune. When re-retuning, any Attributes from the same Retuning Library that have been gained from previous retune attempts will not appear again.
Common and Arena Attunement can be performed simultaneously, but only one can be active at a time. Switching between them is free.
After selecting an Attuning Library, consume Attunement Stones and Re-attunement Stones to gain a random new Attribute from the corresponding library.
The new Attribute may be the same. You may choose whether to overwrite the old Attribute. Unselected Attributes are stored in the re-attuning Library and can be re-enabled by spending 20 Echo Jade.
If the same Attribute as the current one gets rolled from re-attuning, the value is guaranteed to increase.
Once Gear at Tier 100 accumulates a certain number of re-attuning attempts, you will have a chance to select an attunement of your choice. Common Attunement and Arena Attunement counts are tracked independently per piece of gear.
The attunement selection does not consume re-attuning materials. The Attribute type can be selected, but the Attribute value will be randomly generated according to rules.
Converting a piece of gear to Relaid Gear will reset the re-attuning count.
