Cloudstair construction is divided into three phases: Phase 1 - Foundation, Phase 2 - Activation, and Phase 3 - Skyclimb.
Upon the entire server achieving each phase, rewards are unlocked, including [Lingering Melody: Bind], Accessory [Deft Ratchet], and Hero Title [Cloud Climber].
The Cloudstair scene will also undergo certain changes upon reaching the next phase!
