Retunes Tier 91 gear. Turns a specified affix into a recommended attribute of any specified Path. Each piece of gear can only be retuned once.
Can also be used to reset the Tuning of Tier 100 gear. After resetting, only the initial Tuning Affix will be retained. Each piece of gear can only be reset three times. There is a 5-day cooldown between resets.
