Increases the Endurance restored when casting this skill to 60. While Endless Gale is active, Direct Affinity Rate increases by 1.5%, and by a further 1.5% when target is a boss unit. Hitting a non-boss unit with any Martial Art Skill applies Moving Mountain mark. When a Charged Skill hits a target with Moving Mountain or Qi Imbalance, restores 4 or 8 Endurance, respectively. This effect can only trigger once every 2s.
