The original Tier 6 effect of Bellstrike - Splendor Martial Art Skill inflicting Qi Imbalance is moved to Tier 1.
Tier 6: The Endurance Recovery effect now works against Qi Imbalance targets. To reduce buff clutter during Boss fights, the Moving Mountain mark can now only be applied to non-Boss units. Finally, tweaked the triggers, recovery values, and internal cooldowns of the Endurance Recovery effect to make it more reliable for the combat rotation.
