When hitting 3 or more enemies at once, inflict Candlelight on them for 5s. Each stack reduces Movement Speed by 4% and increases damage taken by 2%, stacking up to 5 times. Candlelight can be inflicted once per 0.5s on each enemy. Damaging a non-boss enemy with 5 stacks of Candlelight using Light Anew immobilizes them for 2 seconds (Cooldown: 20 seconds). Each enemy can only be Immobilized once by the Light Anew from any source within 20 seconds.
