Sufferers' Trials are held weekly from @T[wday_3, time_10,type_noLocal] to @T[wday_7, time_22:30].
Only players on this server who have achieved the rank of {status4} are eligible to participate. No registration is required. During the event, defeat challengers or other Sufferers to earn Karma Points and rise in the rankings.
The highest-ranked participant will be granted the title of {status5} for one week, until the next {status5} is selected.
Each player may obtain the {status5} title only once per cycle.
