Consume gear or Tuning Stones of the same level to raise Tuning Level and gain random Attributes.
After reaching the max Tuning Level, gear of Epic or higher Quality can be attuned through consuming Attunement Stones, which grants an Attunement Skill.
Tuning Attributes and Attunement Skills are bound to a specific piece, and will not be transferred when switching gear.
Memoir Gear cannot be tuned or attuned.
Tier 100 and above Epic/Gold Quality Gear can reset tuning. After resetting, only initial Attributes will be kept, and tuning/attuning can be redone.
Bow Arts, Relaying, and Homecoming Gear cannot be reset.
Each piece of gear has a limited number of Tuning Resets and a cooldown between them.
