Area Capacity Limit: Each plot (50m range) has a capacity limit of 5000. Once reached, no more components can be placed.
Temporary Capacity: If capacity exceeds 5000 due to anomalies, the limit temporarily extends to 5500 for adjustment. Reverts to original limit when capacity drops below 5000.
