2. Content that insults or defames others or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
3. Leaks of personal information or trade secrets;
4. Other content prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies.
- I promise that the content I input and publish is legally owned by me or authorized by the relevant rights holders. We only provide neutral technical services for the AI Intelligent Generation gameplay. We assume no legal liability for any risks or damages caused by your use of this service in a manner that infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others. If we and/or our affiliates or partners suffer any complaints, reports, claims, or lawsuits as a result, you are obligated to actively take measures (including but not limited to providing evidence and participating in litigation) upon our request to ensure that we and our affiliates and partners are exempted from or extricated from such difficulties. If we and/or our affiliates or partners suffer any direct or indirect reputational or property losses as a result, I shall bear full liability for damages.
- We will add AI generation labels to prominent positions on generated content in accordance with laws and regulations using technical means. No one may remove, tamper with, or conceal said labels in violation of laws, regulations, or this agreement. If you publish or disseminate content generated through this service externally, please actively verify the authenticity and accuracy of the generated content and prominently label the output as AI-generated to avoid public confusion and misunderstanding.
- I will not use input content to guide the AI to generate illegal or non-compliant content or other content that violates public order and good morals. I independently assume full responsibility for the generated content.
- I shall not use this service or the content generated by it for commercial purposes. We and our affiliates have the right to use, disseminate, copy, modify, sublicense, translate, publish, perform, and display all or part of the content I input, publish, and generate, as well as use such content to create derivative works, permanently and free of charge worldwide.
- I understand that the content generated using this service is for reference only and does not constitute authoritative opinion in professional fields.
I solely bear the responsibility for the content I input, upload, and publish. If I violate the "NetEase Game License and Service Agreement" or the contents of this notice, we have the right to immediately terminate the provision of part or all game services, impose penalties according to relevant agreements, and hold me accountable.
