Healing fees must be requested upfront before treatment.
Fees may take the form of Likes, money, Poses, or other equivalents.
If the patient fails to pay the fee after successful healing, it is considered a violation of the "One Life, One Price" rule, and your Precept Value will be reduced by 10.
When the fee is Likes, you are guaranteed to receive at least 5 Likes per successful healing.
