The 1v1 rules in Training Terrace are the same as 1v1 Arena. The 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5 rules are the same as 5v5 Arena. Arena Talents and Arena Attunement effects are active. In Perception Forest 1v1, 2v2, and 5v5 modes, any weapon, armor, Mystic Skill, or Inner Way from the Perception Forest may be used. Arrows are limited to 20 in the Perception Forest's Training Terrace (unlimited in official Perception Forest matches).
