Whenever a wanderer activates or reforges a Silent Voice weapon appearance, they will receive Martial Merit and Defense Tempering.
Reforging will further increase the existing Martial Merit, and neither Martial Merit nor Defense Tempering will decrease due to changes in Melody. Wanderers who already own the appearance will also directly receive the corresponding amount of Martial Merit and Defense Tempering based on their original acquisition method.
