The final blade flash of Snowparting Blade's Special Skill Treading Snow can interrupt enemies' Tenacity; in non-Arena modes, it also inflicts Dread, making targets more susceptible to stagger from hits. HP damage dealt to boss targets afflicted with your own Dread is increased by 12%. In non-Arena modes, hitting a target with General's Bane: Stab extends Dread's duration by 2s (or 6s against Online Mode Bosses).
