1. Arena Talents can be used to unlock and upgrade Arena abilities.
2. Resetting Arena Talents is free for the first time, after which it will consume a certain amount of Echo Jades.
3. After resetting Arena Talents, the Arena Talent Level remains unchanged, all Arena Talent Points are refunded, and all abilities are reset.
4. Every 2 Arena Talent level upgrades grant 1 Arena Re-attunement Stone of the corresponding tier.
