[Adjusted] The condition to trigger the Spring Thunder effect is changed from "moving a certain distance within a short time" to "upon finishing the cast of any Martial Art". Additionally, the skill types that can trigger and benefit from the effect are changed from Heavy Attack/Airborne Heavy Attack/Light Attack/Light Charged Attack to Heavy Attack/Heavy Follow-up Attack/Light Attack/Ballistic Skill, aligning with the "Mistwillow" set. The DMG boost granted after triggering now applies to all aforementioned skill types instead of just a single skill type.
