"Where Winds Meet" Exhibition Data Authorization Statement
Article 1: Authorization Content
You authorize NetEase and its affiliates to use the works and data you upload/publish in the Exhibition and authorize for official use for game development and promotion, including but not limited to: face parameters, outfit parameters, dye parameters, hairstyle parameters, team interface parameters, and photo parameters.
Article 2: Authorization Scope
2.1 Without violating the "NetEase Game License and Service Agreement," we may permanently use the authorized content free of charge, specifically including but not limited to:
Creating preset faces for in-game outfits and promoting them inside and outside the game;
Modifying and combining your outfit/photo data to suit outfit and promotion needs.
2.2 You may continue to use/modify your Exhibition works and share them in the community.
Article 3: Commitment and Guarantee
3.1 You confirm and guarantee that the works authorized for official use are entirely your own independent creation, free of plagiarism, unauthorized use, or other infringements of others' copyrights, portrait rights, etc., or that you have obtained legal authorization from the rights holder. This includes, but is not limited to, content not created by modifying others' works, and not creating portraits of others without authorization.
3.2 You confirm and guarantee that the works authorized for official use contain no illegal or non-compliant content.
