During each season, the maximum Engagement Points you can earn is 60,000, divided into six major ranks: Ready Spear, Vigilant Armor, Blade Shadow, Iron Cavalry, Sun Defier, and Martial Zenith.
Gain Engagement Points by taking part in various Arena modes and completing related quests, which are divided into Weekly Quests and Season Quests.
Weekly Quests require participating in any Arena mode. In Perception Forest, you must either win or survive for at least 10 minutes for it to count. Weekly Quests can be completed repeatedly, but the total Engagement Points obtainable each week are capped at 3,500, and the weekly cap resets at @T[wday_5, time_5].
Season Quests can only be completed once per season and are not affected by the weekly limit.
