Gain Moonflare set effect: When attacking while defending, there is a 30% chance to create a shield that absorbs up to 10% of Max HP, lasting 20 seconds. If a shield already exists, restores 2% HP in addition. This effect can only trigger once every 60 seconds and does not stack with existing effects of the same type.
