Whenever a wanderer activates or reforges a Silent Voice weapon appearance, they will gain Martial Merit and Defense Tempering.
The first activation of each Silent Voice weapon obtained through Harmonic Core exchange or Golden House transactions provides Martial Merit based on Melody count, quality, and set performance. Reforging after activation will continue to increase Martial Merit based on the original value, and Martial Merit and Defense Tempering will not decrease due to Melody changes. Wanderers who already own weapons will also directly receive the corresponding amount of Martial Merit and Defense Tempering based on their previous acquisition method.
